Summary
Synced from iPhoneIt travels your way, never ours.
The iPhone app reads your Health data and tucks it into your own private iCloud Drive. Your Mac picks it up from there. Three devices you already own, talking over a channel you already trust.
Your iPhone
Reads Apple Health and packages it up.
Your iCloud Drive
Private, end-to-end. Your Apple account only.
Your Mac
HealthForMac reads it and draws the dashboard.
No servers in the middle. We never see, store, or touch your data.
Find what actually moves your numbers.
Pick any two metrics. HealthForMac plots them against each other, fits a trend, and tells you, in plain English, what it found. Does more sleep really lower your resting heart rate? Stop guessing.
Correlate
Weak negative correlation
Weeks with higher Sleep tend to have slightly lower Weight .
Correlation isn’t causation — patterns here are a starting point, not proof.
Years of data, one clean line.
Every metric, charted from your very first day of tracking. Turn on a trend line and the app spells out the direction and the rate. No squinting required.
- “Trending down 0.5 kg over 2 years,” in words, not just a line.
- Daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Your date range stays put.
- Latest, average, min, and max, each with the day it happened.

How much is it?
HealthForMac is a one-time $29 purchase, and updates are included. You buy it once and own it.
Can you see my health data?
Never. Your iPhone reads Apple Health and writes it into your own private iCloud Drive; your Mac reads it from there. Nothing passes through a server we run. There’s no account and no telemetry.
What does it read?
Sleep stages, workouts and heart-rate, resting heart rate, HRV, steps, active energy, exercise minutes, blood oxygen, VO₂ max, weight, waist, and body-fat. It reads only, and never writes back to Apple Health.
Do I need the iPhone app?
The iPhone companion is how your data syncs over, and it’s included. Prefer not to install it? You can also import an Apple Health export.zip directly on the Mac.
Which Macs are supported?
Any Mac running macOS 14 Sonoma or later, Apple silicon or Intel. Syncing needs an iPhone on iOS 17+ signed into the same iCloud account.
Can I get my data out, or delete it?
Yes. Export everything to CSV at any time, or wipe the local database in a single click. Your data is always yours to take or remove.
